Technical Equipment HLS Specialist Planning for New Construction of a Residential and Support Facility in Veitshöchheim

Specialist planning services for technical equipment (HLS): according to HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 2 §§ 53 ff. for plant groups ALG 1 + 2 + 3. Staged commissioning of basic services for service phases 1 to 9, with service phase 4 only required in plant group 1. Initially only stages 1 + 2 with service phases 1+2 and 3+4, including associated special services. Further stages according to HAV-KOM engineering contract for technical equipment. Special services include advising the client and participating in funding procedures, advising the client and assisting with proof of use, and consideration of life cycle costs (e.g., operating and usage costs of technical systems per plant group HLS) in service phase 2. Commissioning is dependent on the provision of financial and funding resources. A project-related excess liability insurance will be taken out; planning participants (object planning, structural engineering, technical equipment HLS and ELT) contribute to the costs proportionally to their fees. Remuneration is according to HOAI 2021, without binding minimum and maximum rates, instead orientation values apply.
