Technical Equipment (Electrical) Planning for the new school building of Max-Ulrich-von-Drechsel-Realschule Regenstauf: Basic services for service phases 3, 5-9 for plant groups 4, 5, 6 (electrical) according to § 55 para. 1 sentence 2 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2, plus special services. The new school building, with a main usable area of approx. 5,000 m², will be connected to the existing canteen building and sports facilities, designed to be sustainable, barrier-free, using wood as a building material, and aiming for CO2-neutral energy supply. The planning must meet at least the KfW 40 efficiency house standard and integrate the following aspects: energy and supply concept, roof design and renewable energies, building materials and construction, life cycle and circular building, climate protection and climate adaptation, user comfort and technical equipment. Construction is planned to start in spring 2027, with completion by the school year change 2028/2029. Service phase 7 (assistance with procurement) is valued at 4%. Funding-related legal frameworks must be observed. Object planning for buildings and interiors, outdoor facilities, technical equipment planning services - HVAC and energy consulting, as well as demolition work (except for connection measures), are not part of this contract.
