Technical Equipment Planning for New School Building Realschule Regenstauf

Technical Equipment Planning: Basic services for work phases 3-9 for plant groups 1, 2, 3, 8 according to § 55 para. 1 sentence 2 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2, and special services for the new construction of the Max-Ulrich-von-Drechsel-Realschule Regenstauf school building. The main usable area is approximately 5,000 m². The new building is to be planned and realized at least according to the KfW 40 efficiency house standard, with construction starting in spring 2027 and completion by the 2028/2029 school year change. Work phase 4 (approval planning) will only be commissioned for systems requiring immediate official approval, and the scope of services may be reduced. Work phase 7 (assistance with procurement) is valued at 4%. The planning must consider sustainability requirements such as energy and supply concept, roof design, renewable energies, building materials, construction, life cycle, circular construction, climate protection, climate adaptation, user comfort, and technical equipment, and observe funding-related legal frameworks.
