Specialized Planning for Technical Equipment ELT for Renovation and Extension of Montessori Children's Daycare Kronach

Specialized planning for technical equipment ELT (HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 1, § 53) for plant groups according to HOAI § 53 ALG 4 + 5: phased commissioning of basic services for service phases 5 to 9, initially only stage 3 with LPH 5-7, including associated special services. Special services include: advising the client, assisting with and contributing to the proof of use (according to Bay-FAG / State funding program for all-day expansion) including cost allocation into 3 areas (Area 1: Villa, Area 2: existing building, Area 3: additional floor / new building extension), assisting with fund disbursement planning, monitoring defect rectification within the limitation period, creating building inventory documentation. Additionally, an integration effort is planned (not evaluated in VgV): integration, review, and evaluation of existing planning services including cost calculation, and responsible takeover of existing documents as a basis for further processing according to § 8 HOAI. Commissioning is subject to the availability of financial and funding resources; there is no legal claim to further stages or special services. Planning services for LPH 1-4 have already been completed, building application and funding application have been submitted. Remuneration is based on HOAI 2021, with higher or lower fees than the orientation values being negotiable.
