Technical Equipment HLS Planning (HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 1, § 53) for plant groups ALG 1 + 2: staged commissioning of basic services for service phases 5 to 9, initially only stage 3 with service phases 5-7, including associated special services. Special services include advising the client, participation and contribution to the proof of use (according to Bay-FAG / state funding program for all-day care expansion) including cost allocation into 3 areas (Area 1: Villa, Area 2: existing building, Area 3: extension / new construction addition), participation in cash flow planning, monitoring defect rectification within the limitation period, and creation of building documentation. An induction effort involves the review and evaluation of existing planning services including cost calculation, and the responsible takeover of existing documents according to § 8 HOAI. Commissioning is dependent on the provision of financial and funding resources; there is no legal claim to commissioning or further stages/special services. Planning services according to HOAI service phases 1-4 have already been provided, building permit and funding application have been submitted. The goal-setting phase according to BGB is considered completed. Fees are determined by agreement, with HOAI 2021 providing orientation values, and higher or lower fees than these orientation values can be agreed upon.
