Object Planning for Renovation and Extension of Montessori Children's Day Care Kronach

Architectural services for object planning of buildings and interiors as well as outdoor facilities: joint commissioning for two separate contracts to one bidder. Object planning for buildings and interiors (LPH 5-9 according to HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1 §§ 34 ff.), staged commissioning, initially LPH 5-7. Object planning for outdoor facilities (LPH 5-9 according to HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 2, §§ 38 ff.), staged commissioning, initially LPH 5-7. Special services include client consulting, participation and support for proof of use (Bay-FAG / state funding program for all-day care expansion) including cost allocation into 3 areas (Villa / existing building / extension, new build addition), execution planning and construction supervision of an external elevator (ALG 6), participation in fund flow planning, monitoring of defect rectification within the limitation period, and creation of building inventory documentation. Induction effort includes review and evaluation of the existing draft planning including cost calculation and responsible takeover of existing documents. Commissioning is subject to the provision of financial and funding resources; LPH 1-4 are already completed. further items as per the tender documents
