Technical Building Services Planning for two new technical transfer points: a district heating transfer station at the TAV site and a transfer point in the Bauernallee heating plant. The heating plant has an existing generation and distribution structure with two biogas CHP units, two hot water boilers, and three network pumps, which will remain part of the future supply system. The TAV integration is an indirect hydraulic connection via heat exchangers; the transfer station at the TAV is to be equipped with three parallel pumps, two heat exchangers (one redundant), and an outlet towards Grabow. The hydraulic design must be coordinated with the existing system in the heating plant, with the interface leading supply and return lines out of the heating plant and connecting behind the three existing network pumps. For the district heating connection, a thermal output of up to 8 MW, flow temperatures of 60 to 90 °C, return temperatures up to a maximum of 66 °C, and a network pressure maintenance of at least 2.5 bar are to be considered. For the TAV, a maximum thermal output of 8 MW is assumed with an optimized combination of electricity production and district heating. The work covers service phases 1 to 8, optionally LPH 9. Long-term development for the integration of geothermal heat sources is planned.
