Structural engineering planning (service phases 1-6) and special services for the renovation and refurbishment of the building Breiter Weg 34 (former Stadtcafé) in Halberstadt: Recommissioning of the upper floor, barrier-free conversion of the main entrance at Breiter Weg, addition of ancillary rooms and sanitary facilities on the upper floor, installation of an escape staircase on the rear facade to secure the second escape route, modernization of window and door elements as well as building services to meet energetic and technical requirements. A preliminary design for the object planning of the building and interiors from 2024 is available.
