Specialist planning for water/wastewater, heating, ventilation for the energy-efficient refurbishment of the canteen in the government district Erfurt, Werner-Seelenbinder-Straße 6, 99096 Erfurt: preliminary design (service phase 2 HOAI) and design planning (service phase 3 HOAI). Optional services include execution planning, preparation of procurement, assistance with procurement, and object supervision. The refurbishment includes adjusting the control of heating and ventilation systems and renewing kitchen and dining room lighting. For heating (cost group 420), modernization and optimization of pump infrastructure and system hydraulics are planned; the existing heat supply uses a ring main with a hydraulic switch, distributed via a manifold with five heating circuits and five heating registers for air handling units. For air and refrigeration technology (cost group 430), comprehensive modernizations, restructurings, and optimizations are planned, especially for five air handling units with a total air volume of 37,200 m³/h at full load, which operate without heat recovery or speed control and are approximately 20 years old. The planning includes the refurbishment and restructuring of the air handling unit infrastructure and the design of a highly efficient cooling supply to address room temperatures exceeding 40 °C in the kitchen area.
