Road resurfacing B 6 in Zehren, 2nd construction phase, including obtaining traffic law orders, obtaining shaft certificates, and an inventory. Lot 1 Road Construction involves the production of 2,760 m² subgrade, 130 m trench for utilities, installation of 17 pcs road drains, production of 100 m connection line, removal of 250 m³ unbound layer, production of 665 m³ frost protection layer, 605 t asphalt base course of AC 22 T S, 2,290 m² asphalt binder course of AC 16 B S, 1,705 m² asphalt wearing course of SMA 8 S, 660 m² asphalt wearing course of AC 11 D S, 392 m gutter with natural stone paving, and 428 m longitudinal marking type II. Lot 2 Pavement Construction includes the production of 100 m³ frost protection layer, 46 t asphalt base course of AC 22 T L, 260 m² asphalt wearing course AC 8 D L, setting of 240 m concrete kerbstones, and production of 160 m² concrete block paving. Execution start is no later than 12 working days after contract award, completion no later than 75 working days after construction start. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. Required securities: 5% of the contract sum for contract performance (for over 250,000 Euro excluding VAT), 3% of the final invoice sum for defect claims. Bidding consortia must be a jointly and severally liable working group with an authorized representative. Proofs include the qualification of the person responsible for safety work at construction sites (MVAS), bidder declaration for marking materials, qualification of the skilled worker and the company for road markings (ZTV M), proof from the manufacturer of vertical traffic signs (ZTV VZ), and proof of RAL quality mark for traffic signs, further items as per the tender documents.
