Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for vehicles and light commercial vehicles: Applications for the DPS can be submitted continuously. Suppliers meeting the specified requirements will automatically receive access to the "Specific Procurements" advertised within the DPS in step 2. Further information on the DPS, the application process (step 1), and responding to "Specific Procurements" (step 2) is available in the tender documents. The use of the electronic ESPD form in e-Avrop is recommended; if used, no evidence/certificates regarding exclusion grounds need to be attached. Other required certificates must be attached or will be requested after the application. Without ESPD, a declaration of honour and the required certificates according to the requirements list must be attached.
