Vehicle Fleet Rental and Operation for MVM Démász

Long-term rental and full fleet operation of a road vehicle fleet for MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft.: 171 new vehicles, with the contracting authority committing to calling off 100% of the base quantity. Services include vehicle ordering, registration, and handover; long-term vehicle rental; insurance claims management for damage events; organization of winter and summer tire changes, tire maintenance and repair; maintenance and repair services; assistance service; reporting; payment of taxes and duties (excluding company car tax and vehicle tax/weight tax); official administrative procedures. Only new vehicles are accepted, defined as vehicles not previously registered in Hungary or abroad, nor used as demo or test vehicles. Delivery of the new vehicles to the specified locations is also included. No identical types or fuel types are required within vehicle categories. Equivalent performance is accepted according to 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. Rendelet 46. § (3). The tender falls under Regulation 397/2022 (X. 20.)
