Window and Door Works for the New Kita Lotte Lemke

Construction of a two-story daycare center (Kita) in timber construction with a flat roof on a concrete slab, footprint approx. 20x35 m. The timber framework stands partly on reinforced concrete plinths; roof and ceiling are planned as cross-laminated timber ceilings or prefabricated BSH beam elements. Load-bearing exterior walls are timber frame walls, load-bearing interior walls are cross-laminated timber walls. Facades consist of rough-sawn green-glazed larch board formwork for exposed areas and flat wood three-layer panels with a light green glaze for covered areas. Windows in weather-protected zones are wooden windows with a beige glaze, in directly exposed areas wood-aluminum windows with color-matched aluminum shells. Textile sun protection in light beige is provided directly in front of the windows. Height specifications: ground floor finished floor level (FFL) at +/- 0.000m (+165.160m above sea level), first floor FFL at +3.540m (+168.700m above sea level), attic parapet at +7.520m (+172.680m above sea level).
