Completion of complex land consolidation planning for Strupčice

Completion of complex land consolidation planning for the cadastral territory of Strupčice: The project involves the continuation and finalization of a proposal for complex land consolidation, including necessary geodetic work in the precision class required for the renewal of the real estate cadastre according to Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. Already submitted partial works must be checked and updated; details are provided in the itemized list of activities (Annex No. 3). The proposal will serve as a basis for registration in the real estate cadastre and for decisions by the land office regarding the approval of land consolidation and transfers of ownership rights. Planning will be carried out according to Decree No. 13/2014 Coll. The entire cadastral territory of the municipality of Strupčice, excluding the built-up area and parts after mineral extraction, is included in the land consolidation. The estimated area of the territory to be processed is 710 ha.
