Complex Land Adjustments for Všeruby u Plzně

Preparation of a proposal for complex land adjustments in the cadastral territory of Všeruby u Plzně and adjacent parts of the cadastral territories Hunčice, Kunějovice, Nekmíř, Nevřeň, and Radimovice u Všerub, including necessary geodetic works with the precision class required for the renewal of the real estate cadastre according to Decree No. 357/2013 Sb. The proposal must be registrable in the real estate cadastre and serves as a basis for land office decisions on approving land adjustments and on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights, as well as an essential basis for spatial planning. The estimated area for the land adjustments is 542 ha.
