Comprehensive Land Adjustments for Cadastral Areas Jedousov and Adjoining Municipalities

Preparation of a proposal for comprehensive land adjustments (KoPÚ) in the cadastral areas of Jedousov and adjoining parts of the cadastral areas of Choltice, Mokošín, Poběžovice u Přelouče, Štěpánov u Přelouče, and Tupesy u Přelouče: This includes necessary geodetic activities in the precision class required for the renewal of the cadastral register, the preparation of documentation for the introduction of KoPÚ results into the real estate cadastre, and the demarcation of new land boundaries. The proposal will serve as a basis for decisions on the approval of the land adjustments, the exchange or transfer of ownership rights, the determination of compensation amounts and deadlines according to § 10 para. 2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., and, if applicable, the establishment or cancellation of easements for the affected land. The estimated area of the territory to be processed is approx. 271 ha (including a reserve of 2 ha).
