Licenses, E-Service Implementation, and IT Equipment for Dębica Municipality Digitalization Licenses, implementation, and launch of e-services, along with the purchase of IT equipment for the digitalization of Dębica Municipality: Modernization and implementation of Electronic Document Management (EZD) for the Municipal Office and subordinate units, integrating with GIS, ePUAP, and eDoręczenia, plus user training. Also covered is the modernization and implementation of 19 specific e-services, such as extracts from local plans, building permits, tree removal permits, road occupancy permits, and alcohol sales permits. The modernization of the Spatial Information System (GIS) is included, featuring a municipal Geoportal, planning procedures, municipal monument register, tree felling register, road register, municipal property register, and advertising register, along with GIS integration with EZD and other departmental systems. Further components are the modernization and integration of departmental systems for the Municipal Office, including the Citizen Portal, e-Doręczenia, cloud-based VAT centralization, financial accounting system, alcohol license module, and property management. The scope also covers the implementation and launch of e-recruitment, and the purchase of IT hardware: computer sets with monitors and software, printers, barcode readers, laptops, 48-port switches, UPS and storage matrix expansions for the Municipal Office, UTM, scanner, InfoKiosk, and UPS for CUS, additional NAS and network drives, servers for MOK and the library, plus UTM, UPS, switch, and a rack cabinet for the library.
