Tiling work for Umwelthaus new construction and existing building
Tiling work for the new construction of the Umwelthaus (1st construction phase) and the renovation of an existing building (2nd construction phase): The 1st construction phase includes approx. 980 m² priming of floor and wall surfaces, approx. 570 m² surface sealing of floor and wall surfaces, approx. 470 m² floor tiles (various formats), approx. 510 m² wall tiles (various formats), and approx. 490 m skirting tiles and coved skirting. Achieving the BNB "Silver" quality seal is required for the 1st construction phase. The 2nd construction phase involves approx. 250 m² priming of floor and wall surfaces, approx. 95 m² surface sealing of floor and wall surfaces, approx. 160 m² floor tiles (various formats), approx. 90 m² wall tiles, and approx. 135 m skirting tiles and coved skirting. The works will take place at different times. Execution start for the 2nd construction phase is 2026-10-05, with completion on 2026-10-30. For the 1st construction phase, execution start for assembly section 2 is 2027-01-11 with completion on 2027-01-22, and execution start for assembly section 1 is 2027-02-08 with completion on 2027-02-19.
