Locking system for Umwelthaus new construction and existing building renovation
Locking system for the new construction of the Umwelthaus (1st construction phase) and the renovation of the existing building (2nd construction phase): For the new construction (Lot 1), 11 wall readers (partially with relay modules), 31 electronic fittings, 4 electronic double knob cylinders, 9 power supply units, 3 escape door controls, programming devices, identification media, software, and 70 profile cylinders with individual, group, and master keys are planned. The 1st construction phase will be BNB certified, aiming for the "Silver" seal of approval; all requirements for drywall work must be observed, monitored, and documented. For the renovation (Lot 2), 3 electronic double knob cylinders and 14 profile cylinders with individual, group, and master keys are included. The submission of workshop drawings is planned for 2026-11-13, with an execution period from 2027-02-08 to 2027-02-19.
