Painting works for the new construction (1st construction phase) and renovation (2nd construction phase) of the Umwelthaus: The 1st construction phase (new construction) includes approx. 2,450 m² wall and ceiling painting with dispersion paint, approx. 350 m² wall painting with disinfectant-resistant dispersion paint, and approx. 88 pcs. lacquer coating for steel door frames. This construction phase will be BNB certified, aiming for the "Silver" quality seal; all requirements for the drywall works are described in the service specification and must be observed, monitored, and documented before, during, and after the construction phase. The 2nd construction phase (renovation of the existing building) involves approx. 370 m² wall painting with interior silicate paint, approx. 550 m² wall and ceiling painting with dispersion paint, approx. 50 m² wall painting with disinfectant-resistant dispersion paint, and approx. 14 pcs. lacquer coating for steel door frames. Execution for the 1st construction phase is planned from 25.01.2027 to 19.03.2027, and for the 2nd construction phase from 16.11.2026 to 11.12.2026.
