Airport emergency medical services and related services for Liszt Ferenc International Airport, with an average of approximately 55,000 daily passengers: rescue services, outpatient emergency care, basic care, first aid, public health activities, emergency readiness. This includes emergency care for passengers, visitors, and employees; decisions on fitness to travel for departing passengers after emergency care; general medical examinations for infectious or suspected infectious patients on airport premises or aircraft; general medical examination and issuance of certificates for guarded accommodation requested by authorities; alcohol testing for airport organizations in prescribed cases; initiation and participation in the management of emergency situations and mass casualties at the airport in cooperation with the National Ambulance Service. Minimum personnel requirements per shift are at least 1 chief physician, 1 physician, 1 paramedic, 2 ambulance technicians, and 1 dispatcher. Minimum equipment requirements per shift are an ambulance car and an emergency car. The service provider must ensure sufficient staff availability for the contract duration and provide a 24-hour dispatcher service and staff readiness as specified in the technical description. The contract duration is 4 years. Services are to be provided according to ESzCsM regulation 60/2003 (X. 20.), EüM regulation 5/2006 (II. 7.) on rescue services, and the technical description in the tender documents.
