General design services for airport development

General design and engineering services for the long-term airport development program of Liszt Ferenc Airport: duration 96 months, estimated contract value for individual contracts 10-12 million EUR, framework agreement total value net 18,000,000 EUR. The program includes the creation of new passenger piers, as well as the expansion and transformation of the landside apron, airside apron, and secondary facilities, including associated roads and utilities. The design services are expected to cover a total of 30,000 m² net floor area of buildings (warehouse, storage, logistics, passenger, and public buildings) and an additional 175,000 m² of apron and taxiway surfaces. Specific developments include: airside apron and taxiway development Phase 0.5 (~65,000 m²), airside apron and taxiway development Phase 1 (~110,000 m²), construction of passenger pier "E" (~20,000 m²). Specialized design services include: architecture, interior design, BIM management, geotechnical and foundation design, structural design, building services engineering, fire protection, fire extinguishing systems, fire alarm systems, high and low current electrical systems, road and traffic design (landside), train station design, utility design (landside, building-related), district heating design, bridge design, airside design, landscape architecture, environmental engineering, acoustics, accessibility, elevator, escalator and moving walkway design, food safety and kitchen technology, sustainability consulting (BREEAM AP), cost experts. Special one-time services include: masterplan review and support, feasibility studies, surveys, preparation of modified permit documents and obtaining permits, other unspecified design, engineering, and expert services. Ongoing special services include: designer supervision, checking of production, assembly, and construction technology plans.
