Landscape planning for the climate-adapted renovation and development of the listed Central Park at the Friedrichstadt site of Städtisches Klinikum Dresden: covers service phases 1 to 8 according to § 39/53,55 HOAI 2021 for cost groups 500/400. The planning services will be commissioned in stages. The project aims to preserve the park, eliminate structural and ecological deficiencies, and activate potentials for climate adaptation, accessibility, and amenity value. Funding is provided by own funds of the City of Dresden and federal grants; the cost specifications of the funding body must be observed. Further specialist planning services for infrastructure and civil engineering will be commissioned in parallel.
