Landscape planning for the comprehensive renovation of Walkenried Primary School: Basic services for service phases 1 to 9 according to Annex 11 of HOAI, awarded in stages. Special services include selection and completion of necessary forms according to the procurement manual (lump sum fee – service phase 7 / service level 3), assistance with a potential funding application (time-based fee – service phase 3 / service level 1), assistance with a potential funding usage verification (time-based fee – service phase 9 / service level 4), and monitoring of defect rectification within the limitation period (time-based fee – service phase 9 / service level 4). The estimated service period is November 2026 to December 2032, including service phase 9 (4 years). Building and interior planning, as well as associated specialist planning, will be awarded separately.
