Holistic support according to § 16k SGB II: The goal is to reintegrate eligible beneficiaries under SGB II into the regular system. Participants are not accessible for conventional counseling and exhibit complex, often unknown problem situations. Assignment is for individuals or members of benefit communities; all members of a benefit community can also participate. Some participants may have limited German language skills. The measure is considered successful if at least 80 percent of the participants, at the end of the support, again participate in counseling sessions with the client's staff and agree on steps for further development within a cooperation plan.
