Catering Operation Erwin-Piscator-Haus
Service concession for the catering operation in the Erwin-Piscator-Haus: Takeover from February 1, 2027. The operation includes catering for guests at events (event catering and catering service before/after cultural events) and a restaurant operation on the ground floor with approx. 40 indoor seats and an outdoor terrace with approx. 60 seats. Optionally, external catering as an off-premises business is permitted from the leased premises. The gastronomy is to be high-quality, modern, and innovative, focusing on supply chains, regionality, organic products, a vegan component in the kitchen, and consideration of allergies and intolerances.
