Building envelope works for three administrative buildings (ESM, ADM, LUX) in Luxembourg-Kirchberg: roof waterproofing, insulation, and coverings (green roof, gravel, or slabs) for ESM (2,100 m²), ADM (2,250 m²), and LUX (1,100 m²); various metallic glazed facades for ESM (7,100 m²), ADM (12,200 m²), and LUX (3,950 m²); glazed roofs for ESM (730 m²) and ADM (370 m²); fall protection systems (lifelines) for ESM (roof and facade, 1,100 linear meters) and LUX (roof, 140 linear meters); various locksmith works such as gratings for ESM (350 m²), ADM (250 m²), and LUX (100 m²); aluminum sheet cladding for ADM (300 m²) and LUX (160 m²); various maintenance gondolas for facades and glazed roofs; installation of building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) panels for ESM. Duration of works: 876 working days, starting in the 1st half of 2027. Billing based on unit prices.
