General planning services for the construction of a parking garage in Rumelange: Architectural studies and overall project design, internal coordination of the planning consortium, civil engineering studies with mobility expertise (including outdoor facilities, vehicle and pedestrian access, active mobility connection, network connections, internal roads, and connection to the existing N33 road), technical engineering studies (including lighting, power supply, photovoltaic system, elevator, and technical equipment for parking garage operation), preparation and monitoring of authorization applications with competent authorities (especially Administration des ponts et chaussées), study and integration of archaeological constraints if applicable, study of outdoor facilities considering environmental constraints and light pollution. Excluded services are safety and health coordination (CSS), control office, approved body, commodo/incommodo mission, topographical survey, geotechnical campaign and soil pollution study, establishment of an inventory, ecological balance sheet.
