General planning services for the replacement new build of Haddenhausen waterworks: object planning for engineering structures (HOAI §§ 41 ff., service phases 1 to 9) including local construction supervision (HOAI 2021 Annex 12) as a special service; specialist planning for structural engineering (HOAI §§ 49 ff., service phases 1 to 6); specialist planning for technical equipment (HOAI §§ 53 ff., service phases 1 to 9) for process engineering and electrical engineering (I&C technology/control technology). If required, fire protection services (AHO publication series No. 17, status 2022, service phases 1 to 8), planning-accompanying surveying (HOAI 2021 Annex 1.4.2 ff., service phases 1 to 4), and construction surveying (HOAI 2021 Annex 1.4.5 ff., service phases 1 to 5) are to be provided. Initially, service phases 1 to 3 according to HOAI will be commissioned, with an option for commissioning further service phases individually or as a whole. There is no entitlement to further commissioning.
