General planning services for new integrated secondary school Tirschenreuther Ring

General planning contract for architectural and engineering services: object planning, technical equipment, structural engineering, and landscape planning, including services to achieve the silver standard of the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB) for educational buildings. The services to be commissioned in stages comprise service phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI 2021, with service phases 5 to 9 being partially commissioned for key details and artistic construction supervision by the general planner during the project's realization by a general contractor. The HOWOGE school building team principle applies. Remuneration is based on a lump-sum fee; the remuneration regulations of HOAI 2021 are not agreed upon.
