Framework agreement for energy consulting and expert services: creation of GEG proofs, application and support for BEG funding, and development of individual renovation roadmaps (iSFP) for HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH, which manages approximately 84,000 apartments in Berlin. The framework agreement will be concluded with a minimum of five and a maximum of seven energy efficiency experts (or offices). The service spectrum includes new construction, renovation (residential and non-residential buildings), and monument protection. Individual orders will be awarded via a transparent, rolling system.
