General planning for the rehabilitation, extension, and security of the Chénier–Rouget school complex in Neuilly-sur-Marne: energy and functional renovation of the elementary school refectory building, rehabilitation of the kindergarten building, construction of an extension for the kindergarten on the site of the caretaker's house to be demolished, redesign of outdoor spaces and security systems for the entire school complex. The contract includes two optional tranches: Tranche 1 for project scheduling, piloting, and coordination (OPC), Tranche 2 for signage design. Estimated works value: 4,600,000 euros net (March 2026 value). Estimated total duration of the mission: 12 months and 1 week for studies (including building permit application), 21 months for works (including 1 month for lifting potential reservations after acceptance), and 1 year for perfect completion guarantee (GPA).
