General planning services for construction project GSH-E, apron/emergence point, supply and disposal at Munich Airport

General planning services for the planning of a structural facility at Munich Airport: includes buildings, engineering structures, structural design, technical equipment, building physics, and a demolition concept. Services cover HOAI service phases 1 to 4, optional phase 5, phases 6 and 7 for creating a functional performance description for a general contractor tender, as well as phases 8 and 9. A firm commission is provided for service phases 1-2 (project stage 1); there is no claim for the call-off of further project stages. The general planner is responsible for complete, coordinated, and approvable planning, coordinates specialist planning, manages interfaces, and ensures adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality. Technical coordination of client-provided specialist planning for the GFA system (ALG 6) is included. The planning scope comprises object planning for a steel hall with foundation and a container facility for common and sanitary rooms (incl. supply and disposal), planning of protection, temporary facilities, and construction site facilities, object planning for engineering structures (e.g., modifications to the existing GFA tunnel, shaft structure/emergence point), structural design (incl. static proofs), planning of technical equipment for all system groups according to HOAI Annex 15 (excluding ALG 6 GFA, incl. media connections and coordination with existing systems), and consideration of building physics requirements. Special services include a construction logistics concept, safety and health coordination during the planning phase, and a demolition concept. The project area is located in the non-public area of Munich Airport.
