General refurbishment of refrigeration and ventilation systems for the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport

Planning services for the general refurbishment of refrigeration and ventilation systems for the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport in Berlin: Development of a refrigeration and ventilation concept, planning and implementation in service phases 2-3 and 5-9 according to § 55 HOAI. The property includes an old building and an extension with four connected building sections (A, B, C, D), all with basements, with sections A and B being listed. The existing systems from 1998 no longer comply with current technical standards. The building is used as an office building with a kitchen and canteen. The gross floor area (BGF/BRI) is 57,000 m². The net project costs for cost group 400 according to DIN 276 are estimated at 2.7 million EUR. The project duration is approximately 60 months. The service area covers technical equipment (TA), plant groups 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8. Services include basic services of LPH 2, 3, and 5-9 according to §§ 55 HOAI, as well as special services, including the creation of the refrigeration and ventilation concept. Service provision is scheduled from Q1 2027 to Q1 2032, with a staged award of services.
