Scaffolding work for New City Hall Dresden, Courtyard B

Scaffolding in a covered inner courtyard: erection of facade scaffolding, room scaffolding, and load towers, phased erection, as well as raising and lowering for various construction stages. Transport via restricted transport routes and with load limitations. Special consideration for ongoing administrative and visitor traffic in the City Hall during construction work is required. A detailed cost breakdown (Urkalkulation) according to Formblatt 223, including a breakdown of unit prices for all items (bill of quantities item, short description, quantity, unit of measure, time estimate, partial costs including additions in Euro per unit of measure for wages, materials, equipment, other, offered unit price), must be submitted upon request.
