Renovation of student dormitories Yo-Kylä 2 A-D, 3 A-D, and 4 A-D: Comprehensive renovation of 434 apartments and common areas; construction of 13 new apartments in place of existing common kitchens (4 A-D) and a common area (4 B, 4th floor), resulting in a total of 447 apartments. Technical rooms on lower levels of stairwells will be converted into compartmentalized technical rooms. Renewal of all surfaces and furnishings in apartments and common areas. Renewal of water roofs for buildings 4 A-D and all stairwell doors for apartments. Separate price offers for the renewal or refurbishment of windows and French balcony doors in apartments and common kitchens, with the client selecting the version. Renewal of the existing exhaust ventilation to apartment-specific supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery. Renewal of water and heating systems, including installation of water meters in apartments. Renewal of drains and rainwater drains. Renewal of electrical and automation systems, including installation of apartment-specific electrical panels and electricity meters. Renewal of district heating pipes, plot water main, plot drains, fiber and data network, electrical network, and rainwater pipes on the plot outside the buildings. LVISA changes and installations include structural work and excavation. Demolition work, both internal and external, and demolition of LVISA technology are included, considering asbestos and other hazardous materials in old structures; AHA survey reports are attached to the tender documents.
