Electronic Communication Services: Provision of mobile phone services and mobile internet via SIM cards using a public mobile GSM/UMTS cellular network with national coverage for Varna Municipality and its budget units. This includes establishing connectivity with a dedicated APN between data SIM cards and servers for the Automated Ticketing System and the control and management system of the Mass Urban Public Transport (MUPT), as well as ensuring connectivity for ticket vending and card top-up machines for MUPT and a national bank card payment system, as per the technical specification.
