Supply of tires for NAV: estimated quantity of 3,496 pieces over 2 years, comprising: 312 pieces of summer tires 185/60 R15 (min. LI: 80; min SI: T), 312 pieces of winter tires 185/60 R15 (min. LI: 80; min SI: T), 584 pieces of summer tires 205/55 R16 (min. LI: 90; min SI: T), 584 pieces of winter tires 205/55 R16 (min. LI: 90; min SI: T), 120 pieces of summer tires 215/60 R16 (min. LI: 90; min SI: H), 120 pieces of winter tires 215/60 R16 (min. LI: 90; min SI: H), 136 pieces of summer tires 205/50 R17 (min. LI: 90; min SI: H), 136 pieces of winter tires 205/50 R17 (min. LI: 90; min SI: H), 96 pieces of summer tires 205/65 R16 C (min. LI: 105; min SI: T), 96 pieces of winter tires 205/65 R16 C (min. LI: 105; min SI: T), and 1,000 pieces of other winter and summer tires. The estimated budget is net 126,500,000 HUF (gross 160,655,000 HUF), of which 70% (net 88,550,000 HUF) must be called off. Premium tires for vehicles with special signaling equipment require wet grip class "A" for summer tires and at least "B" for winter tires according to Regulation 2020/740 EP and Council. Standard tires for general use require wet grip class at least "B" for summer tires and at least "C" for winter tires according to the same regulation. Example brands for premium tires include Bridgestone, Continental, Goodyear, Michelin; for standard tires Firestone, Uniroyal, Kleber, BFGoodrich, Hankook. During the 24-month contract period, at least one delivery point must be provided in Budapest and in the cities of Békéscsaba, Debrecen, Eger, Győr, Kaposvár, Kecskemét, Miskolc, Nyíregyháza, Pécs, Salgótarján, Szeged, Szekszárd, Székesfehérvár, Szolnok, Szombathely, Tatabánya, Veszprém, Zalaegerszeg, suitable for product collection by the contracting authority on weekdays from 9:00 to 16:00. Alternatively, free delivery must be ensured to sites designated by the contracting authority in Budapest and the mentioned cities. If specific brands or types are named, "or equivalent" is always implied, with equivalence to be proven by the bidder.
