Landscaping for the new construction of an operations building with vehicle hall at the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant Chemnitz, Heinersdorfer Straße 42, 09114 Chemnitz: Demolition and disposal of 180 m³ gravel surface BE and 40 m³ removed frost protection material; earthworks including 1,250 m³ subsoil excavation, 200 m³ partial soil exchange, and 1,500 m² topsoil removal/rough grading; paved areas including sub-base comprise 1,570 m² asphalt, 950 m² concrete block paving/grass pavers, and 210 m² gravel lawn; 785 m edge restraints; drainage with 10 channel drains and 10 floor inlets including connection to the main pipe; furnishing with a covered seating area and carport; greening with 185 m² planting areas, 1,525 m² lawn seeding, completion care, and 2-year development care.
