Painting and floor covering works for the new operations building (including vehicle hall) at the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant Chemnitz, Heinersdorfer Straße 42, 09114 Chemnitz. Painting works operations building: 1,000 m² protective covering, 3,300 m² dispersion wall coating including substrate pre-treatment (partly with filler, painter's fleece), 350 m² ceiling coating including substrate pre-treatment (partly with filler, painter's fleece), 110 m² epoxy resin coating screed including substrate pre-treatment and plinth. Painting works vehicle hall: Scaffolding up to 7.00 m working height, 500 m² protective covering, 710 m² dispersion wall coating including substrate pre-treatment (partly with filler, painter's fleece), 15 m² ceiling coating including substrate pre-treatment (filler, painter's fleece). Floor covering operations building: 200 m² PVC flooring in tiles, 340 m² needle-punch carpet, including substrate pre-treatment and skirting boards.
