Hosting of ERP System Schleupen.CS for Stadtwerke Hilden GmbH with Support

Hosting of the ERP system Schleupen.CS: Provision of a highly available cloud infrastructure in the contractor's data center, including comprehensive responsibility for stable and future-proof operation. This encompasses the provision of necessary hardware and data center infrastructure, software (e.g., current versions of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Remote Desktop Services, possibly Citrix for publishing remote apps, approved by Schleupen SE), migration of the existing system (including necessary sub-systems) into data center operation, takeover of existing interfaces to third-party service providers (SMGWA, ticketing system, customer portal are mandatory), operation of the Schleupen.CS system (including sub-systems) in the data center as production and test systems with existing clients, internet connection of the client to the data center with at least symmetrical 200 Mbit/s via encrypted VPN tunnel or provided hardware. Furthermore, support services for data center operation and for the Schleupen.CS system (including independent communication with Schleupen SE in case of application and problem issues), provision and maintenance of current hardware and software with active maintenance contracts/software assurance, monitoring of systems and applications, immediate error detection, communication to the client in case of errors, and error resolution, as well as maintaining highly available system operation (24 h/7 days a week) throughout the contract term with strict logical isolation from other customers are required; further items as per the tender documents.
