Identity & Access Management (IAM) Software Solution

Provision of an Identity & Access Management (IAM) software solution (On-Premise): includes all software licenses, modules, and functionalities for managing user identities, roles, permissions, target systems, and applications with scalable capacity. This includes consulting services, complete planning, implementation, configuration, parameterization, integration, commissioning, test support, and technical guidance throughout the project duration. Integration into ALDB's existing IT infrastructure, including connection of source and target systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Kubernetes environments, and business-critical applications. Organizational structure, role and permission concept, Identity Lifecycle Management, provisioning and deprovisioning processes, approval workflows, access requests, recertification processes, and audit and reporting functions are to be implemented and configured. A test environment must be provided, followed by comprehensive functional, technical, integrative, security-relevant, and technical acceptance tests. Migration involves complete planning, execution, and documentation for the transfer of all user identities, roles, permissions, organizational structures, configurations, and operational data into the new system without data loss. Customer support includes technical support, operation, maintenance, and continuous development of the IAM solution according to KRITIS requirements with German-language support, covering incident/problem management, error analysis, software updates, hotfixes, patches, security updates, and support for configuration changes, change requests, extensions, and integration of additional systems. Support for process optimization, role/permission concept development, and implementation of new requirements.
