Infrastructure works for the pedestrian zone and traffic control in the city center of Ploiesti: Execution of construction works including delivery and installation of equipment and facilities for the redesign of the central area. This involves reducing car lanes, extending and rehabilitating sidewalks, creating green areas and bicycle paths, modernizing road infrastructure and urban elements by repairing road surfaces and sidewalks, standardizing pavements, modernizing lighting (including ornamental lighting), and updating utility networks. Furthermore, the establishment of bike-sharing stations and bicycle paths, and the regulation of parking to free up pedestrian areas. The estimated value is 32,250,011.22 Lei without VAT, of which 23,686,484.93 Lei for construction and assembly, 8,417,225.10 Lei for machinery, technological equipment, and installations, and 146,301.19 Lei for site organization and related costs. Not included are unforeseen expenses of 2,829,604.30 Lei and an implementation reserve of 10,036,330.30 Lei.
