Infrastructure Works for Pedestrian Zone and Traffic Control in Ploiesti City Center

Execution of infrastructure works including delivery and installation of equipment and fittings for the pedestrian zone and traffic control in the city center of Ploiesti. This involves the reconfiguration and redistribution of space by reducing car lanes, extending and rehabilitating sidewalks, creating green areas and bicycle paths. Furthermore, it includes the modernization of road infrastructure and urban elements through the repair of roadways and sidewalks (cracks, unevenness, fissures), standardization of paving, modernization of the lighting system (including ornamental lighting), and updating of utility networks. Facilities for alternative transport and accessibility will also be created, such as the introduction of bike-sharing stations and the development of bicycle paths. The regulation of parking and the elimination of vehicular invasion through strict regulations for on-street parking or the promotion of underground parking are also part of the project. The estimated value of the procurement is 32,250,011.22 Lei without VAT, of which 23,686,484.93 Lei without VAT for construction and assembly works, 8,417,225.10 Lei without VAT for machinery, technological equipment, functional equipment requiring assembly, and fittings, and 146,301.19 Lei without VAT for site organization and related costs. The estimated value does not include miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses of 2,829,604.30 Lei without VAT and the implementation reserve of 10,036,330.30 Lei without VAT.
