Consulting and Engineering Services: Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for consulting and engineering services and associated services for Agder fylkeskommune and the associated units Agder kollektivtrafikk AS, Arkivsenter Sør IKS, Aust-Agder Museum and Archives IKS, Vest-Agder museum IKS. The need is primarily for consultancy and engineering design services in projects, including sketch phases, preliminary projects, zoning plans with technical detailed plans, construction plans with tender documentation, and construction phase follow-up. Individual subjects and/or additional capacity can also be requested. Excluded are road development areas, which are covered by a separate DPS. Mini-competitions are based on NS8401, NS8402, NS8403, and NS8404 or other relevant NS standards; award criteria are lowest price, lowest cost, or best price/cost-quality ratio (evaluated by CVs with up to 5 reference projects and delivery description). The tender deadline is at least 10 days, further items as per the tender documents.
