Engineering services for the redesign of Marktstraße and Baugasse in Kleinheubach's old town: Object planning for traffic facilities according to HOAI Part 3, Section 4, §§ 45 ff. and object planning for engineering structures according to HOAI Part 3, Section 3, §§ 41 ff. (Group 1+2: wastewater, sewer construction, pipeline construction). Commissioning is phased for basic services of service phases 1 to 9, with Stage 1 covering LPH 1-4 including special services initially commissioned; Stage 2 with LPH 5-7 and Stage 3 with LPH 8-9 are intended. Object planning for traffic facilities includes the integration, planning, and execution of street lighting. Further services comprise the incorporation, review, and evaluation of existing concept planning according to § 8 HOAI, consideration of partial services already rendered for LPH 1+2 in the fee proposal, advising and assisting with funding procedures (Stage 1), advising and contributing to the proof of use (Stage 2), local construction supervision, and services related to subsoil, monument protection, and unexploded ordnance (detailed descriptions as per invitation letter). HOAI 2021 applies, fees are based on agreement, with no legal claim to further commissioning.
