Interior doors: 24 pcs single-leaf interior door elements with steel frames, including 1 pc T30 fire protection door; 20 pcs lever-lever handle sets made of stainless steel; 4 pcs change sets with lever and door knob; 4 pcs overhead door closers with slide rail; 36 pcs mortise locks for profile cylinders; 24 pcs strike plates made of stainless steel; 24 pcs wall door buffers. Creation and handover of complete construction documentation in paper and digital form. Execution period: 10 working days after contract award until the end of calendar week 47. Award criterion is the lowest price. Security for contract fulfillment 5.0 % of the contract sum (incl. VAT, without addenda) from 250,000 Euros net; security for defect claims 3.0 % of the sum of advance payments at acceptance. Payment terms according to VOB/B.
