Installation of a passive MSPSR system: The system consists of 4 receiver stations for the development of primary airspace surveillance in the Budapest TMA and the entire Budapest FIR airspace. It must be capable of passively detecting aircraft without its own signal source, utilizing analog FM (87.5 - 108.0 MHz) and DVB-T2 signals (470–694 MHz). The stations must be able to cooperate to provide more precise air situation detection capabilities. Support services include a fixed fee for the first year and an optional quantity of 120 hours for the second year.
