Delivery of intravenous desmopressin: for ensuring continuous treatment of patients with mild hemophilia A, mild forms of von Willebrand disease, and congenital platelet bleeding disorders, with availability category Rp or Rpz, to Regional Blood Donation and Transfusion Centers (RCKiK) or other authorized entities designated by the National Blood Center (NCK); total quantity 2,000 ampoules; dose proportions per delivery as per tender documents; the coagulation factor concentrate must be supplied with an administration set; possibility to reduce the purchase by a maximum of 20% of the order volume if the allocated amount is exceeded or due to objective, justified needs, particularly changes in patient demand; the procurement is carried out within the health policy program "National Program for the Treatment of Hemophilia and Related Hemorrhagic Diatheses for the years 2024-2028"; the National Blood Center reserves the right to cancel the procedure or withdraw from the contract if program funding is not received, the program is modified or suspended, or the Minister of Health decides to remove the product from the program; the list of direct recipients will be provided after contract signing according to current demand; further items as per the tender documents.
