Delivery of Prothrombin Complex Concentrate (PCC): 150,000 units to ensure continuous treatment for patients with PCC deficiency, category Rp or Rpz, including an administration set. Delivery is to Regional Blood Donation and Transfusion Centers (RCKiK) and/or other entities designated by the National Blood Center (NCK) as part of the 'National Program for the Treatment of Hemophilia and Related Hemorrhagic Diatheses for the years 2024-2028'. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase quantity by up to 20% per lot. Cancellation of the procedure or withdrawal from the contract without compensation is possible if program funding is not received or the program is modified/discontinued.
